A missing 3-year-old child that was reportedly found in a vehicle Saturday afternoon died later that afternoon at the hospital.
Hopkinsville Police say a child was found unresponsive in a vehicle on South Virginia Street after the parents say they had been looking for the child.
Police say the parents believe the child got into the vehicle on her own.
The child was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center where she later died.
