A Hopkinsville man was injured in a wreck on Overby Lane Wednesday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say 38-year-old Jacob Deason was eastbound on Overby Lane when he entered a curve and a deer ran out in front of his vehicle.
Deason reportedly tried to stop causing his vehicle to run off the road, down an embankment overturning before coming to a stop in a cornfield.
Deason was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for injuries.
The crash happened in the 600 block of Overby Lane just after 1 am.
