Trigg County’s number of active COVID-19 cases has reached a three-week high with a case of the virus reported by the Pennyrile District Health Department for the fourth straight day.
The county’s 59th case is a 68-year-old female that is isolated at home. The health department reported 11 active cases in the county which is the most since July 24. One of the active cases is hospitalized.
The district health department only released the number of active cases and hospitalizations for the counties it serves on Fridays.
