The Christian County Health Department is reporting nine new COVID-19 cases as of Sunday afternoon, advancing the county total active cases to 265.
According to the latest information from spokesperson Amanda Sweeney, there are currently 59 pediatric cases, 143 cases in the young adult to middle age division, 55 in the older adult category, and 8 in the elderly population.
The county has reported a total of 818 cases, 542 recoveries, and 11 deaths.
