A wreck on Blue Spring Road in Trigg County sent two people to the hospital Thursday morning.
Trigg County Emergency Personnel say a car was eastbound on Blue Spring Road near Airport Road when it ran off the road and struck a tree.
The driver and her passenger were taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital. The extent of their injuries remains unknown.
The crash happened just before 10 a.m.
