Authorities have released the names and details of a deadly crash at the intersection of 101st Airborne Division Parkway and Peachers Mill Road in Clarksville Friday morning.
Clarksville police spokesman Detective Michael Patterson said 28-year old Rahim Perry was driving a car southbound on Peachers Mill Road just after 2:15 a.m. when he ran a red light and collided with a commercial tanker truck that was westbound on 101st Airborne Division Parkway.
According to police, Perry and his passenger 21-year old Breshaun Fortson died from their injuries.
Police are continuing to investigate the double fatality.
