The Christian County Health Department reported 24 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, pushing the county’s overall case total to 1,618 since the pandemic began earlier this year.
According to the health department’s report, 235 are active and include 36 cases 21 years of age and younger; 105 between 22 and 59-years old; 67 cases who are 60 to 84; and 24 who are 85 and older.
To date, 1,357 cases have recovered and there have been 26 deaths related to the virus.
