Authorities are asking for help locating a vehicle in connection to a murder on North Kentucky Avenue in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they received a call just before 3 am of shots fired and when they arrived blood was found on a door to a home and a man was found inside that had been shot.
The Christian County Coroner’s Office says 70-year-old Calvin Taylor was shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say they need the community’s help locating a silver 2003 to 2005 Saturn Ion in connection to the murder. Police ask if you have any information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 270-887-TIPS(8477).
