Representatives with Jennie Stuart Health and Vanderbilt Health were on hand Thursday morning to cut the ribbon to the newest medical office building in Hopkinsville.
Jennie Stuart Health CEO Eric Lee told community and hospital officials they are excited to have this partnership with Vanderbilt.
Lee added this facility will beneficial for the region.
Hopkinsville Mayor Wendell Lynch said this partnership is a win for everyone.
Greystone Brokerage and Development CEO Ken Birdsong said there were some interesting challenges that came with this project, including; sinkholes and a wet winter, but he was proud to see Jennie Stuart Health in action.
The new facility at 10755 Eagle Way Bypass will feature Jennie Care Urgent Clinic and Occupational Health. Both will open on Monday, November 2, with the urgent clinic to help with care after hours and on the weekend.
Physical therapy and rehab; orthopedics; ear, nose, and throat; and dermatology services will also be offered at the new facility.
