An Allensville man was flown to a Nashville hospital after he was hit by a vehicle on US 79 in Guthrie Monday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say 36-year-old Patrick Eastep was seen by witnesses running into the roadway as he looked for his keys and was hit by a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Anthony Denny of Harrison, Ohio.
Eastep was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The full extent of his injuries was not known.
The crash happened just before 5 pm.
