A pursuit on Greenville Road led to several charges for a Hopkinsville man Thursday afternoon.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they attempted to stop 29-year-old Marcus Brown for failing to use a turn signal and expired registration on Lindwood Drive and he fled leading them on a pursuit down Greenville Road.

The pursuit reportedly ended when deputies used a rolling roadblock technique to stop his car at the intersection of Antioch Road.

Deputies say Brown hit three of their vehicles while trying to escape the rolling roadblock.

A woman and two children were allegedly in the vehicle at the time of the pursuit but no one was injured.

Inside Brown’s vehicle, deputies say cocaine was located in a folded piece of cardboard along with part of a marijuana cigarette.

Brown is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
