A Hopkinsville woman was arrested on a warrant for charges of assault and strangulation Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say on December 15th 64-year-old Teresa Sills choked a woman causing her to fall over a porch railing.
Sills then reportedly got on top of the woman and punched her repeatedly in the face. Police say Sills also assaulted a second woman by scratching her with her fingernails.
She is charged with second-degree strangulation and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
