A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly caused a disturbance on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area of South Campbell Street for 33-year-old Miles Smith who was smoking meth in the parking lot and yelling.
Police say Smith was a danger to himself and others. He was arrested and charged with possession of meth, public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
