56th Circuit Judge Says Case Load Overwhelming

56th Circuit Judge C.A. Woodall says the case load in Trigg, Caldwell, Lyon and Livingston counties is resulting in delays in trials and action.

Judge Woodall, who is serving a second six-year term, says the case load in the circuit is one of the largest in the state.
