Governor Andy Beshear announced a few weeks ago a plan to honor and remember the over 5,000 Kentuckians who have lost their lives to COVID-19.
Governor Beshear said a permanent memorial was first announced Saturday, March 6. On that day, Beshear shared they would fund the project via the Team Kentucky COVID-19 Memorial Fund.
