A Cadiz man was arrested Wednesday night after he was reportedly found intoxicated and firing a gun.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called to Valley Drive after 48-year-old Scott Torres fired his gun several times. Deputies say Torres was intoxicated and came in and out of his residence before complying with law enforcement.
His roommate that lives upstairs allegedly told deputies he heard 4 shots being fired. Three shell casings along with a .22 caliber pistol were located inside the home.
Torres is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
