The Pennyrile District Health Department announced 59 new COVID-19 cases around its five-county district from Friday through Tuesday, including 30 in Trigg County.
According to the report, the latest cases in Trigg County include 17 males and 13 females ranging in age from 5 to 85. All are recovering at home, except for an 85-year-old female, who is hospitalized. Trigg County has reported 1,210 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic began.
During this time, the health department also reported four new cases in Caldwell County, eight in Lyon, ten in Crittenden, and seven cases in Livingston County.
