An Elkton man was charged with wanton endangerment after he fired his gun into a car on College Street in Elkton Tuesday night.
Elkton Police say 38-year-old Wesley Nightwine got into an altercation with his wife and fired 7 shots into her unoccupied car as he fled the residence with two children.
Nightwine was located shortly after in Clarksville and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing and Nightwine may be charged with more charges later.
