Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home in Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include daughters: Sharon Lee Willis and Diane Lee; son: Mark Lee; grandchildren: Clint Willis, Shanna Lee, Leslie Harrison, Tiffanie Lee Witt, and Shawn Cohoon; great-grandchildren: Trinity, John Hunter, Aly, Deacon, Lydia Grace, Collins, Grace, and Jackson.
