Grace and Mercy’s Hopkinsville thrift store is in the process of moving to have more retail space.
Organization board chair Eston Glover told the News Edge they are excited about the move to Fort Campbell Boulevard, as the current space was not big enough.
The store is expected to open in the coming weeks. Glover added Westerfield Builders is completing renovation work on the building.
The thrift store benefits Grace and Mercy, an organization that helps women turn their lives around.
Another part of the move means the famous fudge the ladies of Grace and Mercy make will be made at the new store location and be available for purchase.
Glover also took the time to compliment those who help run the store to help bring in monetary support for the program.
