A man was injured in a single-vehicle wreck on Colonette Drive in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck ran off the road traveling through a yard before hitting a fence and a tree just before 5 pm.
The man was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what police say are non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities say the crash is believed to have been caused by a medical issue.
