A man was flown to a Nashville hospital after a wreck on Interstate 24 just past the Pembroke Oak Grove Road exit Thursday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say several vehicles were stopped due to traffic congestion when an SUV failed to stop and hit them pushing three other vehicles into each other.
The driver of the SUV had to be cut from his vehicle then flown to a Nashville hospital.
The extent of the man’s injuries was unknown. The crash happened just after 4 pm.
