A wreck on Adams Mill Road near the intersection of Oakhurst Circle sent a man to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a truck ran off the road and hit a tree severely injuring a male passenger.
The driver reportedly fled the area on foot before authorities arrived. The passenger was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital then flown to another hospital.
The driver of the truck has not been located. The crash happened just before 2 pm.
