A Hopkinsville man has been charged with murder after a shooting on Hazel Street In Hopkinsville Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 39-year-old Leon Grimes was wanted in connection to a shooting that led to 28-year-old Calvin Buckner being shot in the chest during a party.
Buckner was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
Grimes was arrested on Thursday and charged with murder according to the Christian County Jail.
