A Hopkinsville woman was injured in a single-vehicle wreck on Country Club Lane in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 30-year-old Tijuana McClain was eastbound on Country Club Lane when she fell asleep and her vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree.
McClain was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed when the crash occurred.
She was taken by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville. The crash happened just after 3 am.
