A Hopkinsville woman was charged with assaulting a man with a flower pot on Riverbend Road in Christian County Tuesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 56-year-old Teresa Warren got into a physical altercation with a man and grabbed a ceramic flower pot and hit him in the head with it then pushed him down.
The man reportedly suffered lacerations to his arm and hand and had visible swelling on his head.
Warren was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
