Graveside services for 67-year old Phyllis Ann Riggs, of Lithia Springs, Georgia, formerly of Hopkinsville, will be Thursday morning, November 18, at 11:00 at Rogers Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday afternoon, November 16, from 4:00 until 6:00 at Lamb Funeral Home.
Survivors include her sons, Bobby (Tifanie) Riggs, Lithia Springs, GA, and Chris Riggs, Atlanta, GA; her brothers, Walter Spangler and Wayne Spangler, both of Owensboro, KY; her sister, Gayle Congdon, Cadiz, KY; 7 grandchildren, Isabel, Brandon, Bryant, Juliana, Noah, Emma, and Caleb; and 1 great-granddaughter, Elizabeth.
