Police have released the name of an Elkton man that was injured in a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard at the intersection of Lovers Lane Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck driven by 66-year-old Danny Borders was turning onto Fort Campbell Boulevard from Lovers Lane when it collided with a southbound van driven by 78-year-old Michael Bresnahan of Morganfield.
Police say both drivers claimed to have had a green light at the intersection but two witnesses told law enforcement Bresnahan’s light was red.
Borders was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for injuries.
The crash happened just after 1 pm.
