An Elkton man was charged with sexual abuse after an investigation in Elkton Monday.
Elkton Police say the 71-year-old man had inappropriate contact with a female juvenile leading them to get a warrant for his arrest Monday.
He was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, harassment, and voyeurism.
