Taco John’s restaurant in Princeton is under new ownership.
Cray and Cathy Lewis announced Tuesday they are selling the popular restaurant that is located on U. S. 62 West. The sale becomes official on Wednesday, December 15.
Although they do not mention the names of the new owners in their news release, the Lewises say they have some pretty local ties and the new owners have assured them they will continue to invest in the community.
The Lewises say they greatly appreciate the many years of serving their amazing customers and want to convey a very heartfelt thank you for their business. They add the decision was not easy to make, but with their children getting older and busier, and the business growing and requiring more of them, they felt the time was right.
The Lewises also thanked their amazing staff for many years of great service. They say Annette has become like family to them, adding she is the face of Taco John’s. They also thank their other staff members that have been with them for a number of years, and greatly appreciate each and every one of them.
