Trigg County Public Schools Superintendent Bill Thorpe is thanking students and staff who donated time and items to help recent tornado victims.
During a recent interview with the News Edge, Thorpe said a lot of supplies were donated during the donation drive hosted by the athletic department.
Thorpe added the community truly stepped up to help.
In addition, Trigg County Schools are helping the Mayfield Independent School District with bus needs.
Thorpe wished all Trigg County families a Merry Christmas and said they will see all students and staff on Monday, January 3, 2022.
