A Hopkinsville man was charged with forgery Friday after an investigation into money taken out of an account in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police say between June 21st and June 30th 49-year-old Marvin Moore cashed two checks one for $65 and a second for $70.
He reportedly stole the checks out of someone’s vehicle then made them out to himself before cashing them at a Hopkinsville store.
He was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of second-degree forgery and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
