United States Senator Rand Paul says he has been amazed by the efforts to help tornado survivors in western and central Kentucky.
Senator Paul says a new giving spirit has arisen in the aftermath of the December 10 and 11 tornadoes that created a massive amount of damage across the western part of the state.
Paul says his campaign donated $100,000 to the recovery effort to help storm victims in the recovery effort.
