As the shift from standard identification to the Real ID system continues, the Trigg County Circuit Clerk’s Office issued its final driver’s license Thursday afternoon.
Now, those needing proper licensing and identification will have to go to a regional office for renewal.
Currently, the closest offices for Cadiz residents are Paducah, Madisonville or Bowling Green, though one is expected to open soon in Hopkinsville.
One can also apply online and through a mail-in option, available at drive.ky.gov.
