A family-owned group of automotive dealerships has purchased the Sisk family of dealerships located at the corner of Eagle Way Bypass and Fort Campbell Boulevard.
According to information released by White Family of Companies President Tim White, Jr., the company he heads up purchased Sisk Auto Mall, Sisk Nissan, and Sisk Honda. Although White did not disclose a purchase price, he noted the Sisk dealerships generated almost 100 million dollars in sales in 2021. With the acquisition of the Sisk dealerships, the White family operates 26 dealerships in Ohio, Wyoming, South Dakota, and now Kentucky. Last year’s combined sales including the Sisk dealerships amounted to 1.275 billion dollars with the company now employing more than 1,300.
White Family of Companies Chairman Tim White, Sr. says “it is not often you are able to combine such similar operations, the Sisk Group is a third-generation automotive company that was founded in 1931.” He adds the White Family of dealerships started with Chevrolet in 1914 and are currently owned by the fourth generation. White notes both companies have a long tradition of community involvement, concern for our fellow workers, and providing excellent customer service.
