Power Outage Update And Area Road Conditions

Roads are continuing to improve and electric crews are making progress restoring power around the area after a winter storm moved across western Kentucky creating hazardous driving conditions and knocking out electricity to thousands of homes and businesses.

Pennyrile Electric spokesman Brent Gilkey tells the News Edge they are continuing to make progress restoring power to members. As of noon today, he says there are 8 outages affecting 137 members.
