Law Enforcement Agencies Add Officers In Christian County

The Hopkinsville Police and Christian County Sheriff’s departments are welcoming new officers that recently graduated from the Kentucky Criminal Justice Training Academy in Richmond.

The Hopkinsville Police Department says Officer Jeremy Crawford is beginning his full-time patrol duties. He started working for the Hopkinsville Police Department, then decided to become an officer because of his love for law enforcement. Officer Crawford will spend time with a Police Training Officer before beginning patrol duties.

Meanwhile, the Christian County Sheriff’s Department welcomes Deputy Kevin Quarles to the force. Quarles comes to the sheriff’s department after retiring from the Hopkinsville Fire Department. He graduated from the Police academy Friday and will serve in the patrol division on the second shift.
