A man was injured in a wreck on Pembroke Road at the intersection of Eagle Way in Hopkinsville Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a tractor-trailer was eastbound on Pembroke Road when it collided with a van on Eagle Way.
The driver of the van was taken by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for a head injury.
The crash happened just before 9 pm.
