A barn was destroyed and some livestock is unaccounted for after a fire on Brady Lane in Christian County Thursday morning.
Square Deal Fire Department Chief Keith Sholar says the barn was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived just after 3 am.
Sholar says some horses that were inside the structure were able to get away but a few are unaccounted for at this time.
The structure reportedly contained livestock, farming equipment, and hay. The barn is located at 3605 Brady Lane.
Square Deal firefighters were assisted by Gracey, Herndon, Westside, and Northwest Fire Departments.
