A wreck on Millbrooke Drive in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a woman was westbound when a medical problem caused her to lose control of her car and hit a retaining wall.
The driver was taken by ambulance to the hospital for her injuries.
The crash happened just before 7 pm.
