A Cadiz woman was charged after she reportedly tried to destroy drugs during a search warrant on Canton Road in Trigg County Saturday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they went to the home to search for narcotics and 52-year-old Angela Dennis ran into the bathroom and threw a bag of meth into the toilet and flushed it.
The bag was recovered by law enforcement. She was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence and possession of meth.
