Republican candidates seeking the District 5 magistrate seat in Trigg County are focused on open communication, roads, and wise use of tax dollars.
Incumbent Alana Baker Dunn and challenger Kenneth Cherry discussed issues with the Trigg County Republican party during their recent meeting.
Cherry, who retired after owning and operating Cherry’s Repair for more than 30 years, says roads and wise use of tax dollars will be among priorities if he is elected.
Baker says she has kept her promises and will continue to do so if elected to a second term.
District five includes the Caledonia area of Trigg County.
