A Cadiz man was charged Tuesday afternoon with trafficking drugs while out on bond for the same charge.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say 48-year-old Brian Marquess was arrested on a warrant by the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force for trafficking meth.
On January 27th Marquess reportedly sold $60 worth of meth to a law enforcement informant during a controlled purchase on Noel Drive in Cadiz.
Marquess was out on bond on charges of trafficking meth stemming from an investigation on August 16th of 2021.
He was arrested Tuesday and charged with trafficking meth.
