Legislators Pleased With 2022 General Assembly Session

Area legislators say they are pleased with the 2022 Kentucky General Assembly session that wrapped up Thursday following the two-day veto override period.

First District State Senator Jason Howell and Third District Senator Whitney Westerfield wrap up the 2022 Kentucky General Assembly session during the Legislative Update Program.

Senator Westerfield says he was pleased that Senate Bill 90 passed, which will help those incarcerated for low-end crimes.
