Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville man that was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Major Lane in Hopkinsville Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 48-year-old Johnny Scott lost control of his vehicle due to a medical problem and ran off the road and into a ditch.
Scott was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for injuries.
The crash happened at the intersection of Major Lane and Old Major Lane just after 11 pm.
