A Hopkinsville man was charged with assault and strangulation after an altercation on Donna Drive in Hopkinsville Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 42-year-old Patrick Allen choked his step-son during an altercation.
Police say the step-son had visible marks on his throat when they arrived. Allen was arrested and charged with second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
