Six teams competed for top honors in the 2022 Squealin’ On The Square Friday, June 3, in downtown Hopkinsville.
The annual barbeque contest was held at Founders Square. Teams competed for top honors in three categories, porkchop, ribs, and chicken.
The Hopkinsville Fire Department Smoke Eaters won first for the porkchop category. They announced that they are donating the $250 prize to Pennyrile Childrens Advocacy Center.
Kinfolk Catering won first place in both the ribs and chicken categories.
