A Clarksville man was charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest after an incident on Eagle Way Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for a report of indecent exposure and located 35-year-old Miguel Moss who was shirtless and talking to himself. While police were talking with him he reportedly showed them his genitals and started pleasuring himself. Police say he began to resist arrest and was taken to the ground before being arrested.
He is charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and second-degree indecent exposure.
