A Hopkinsville man is facing drug charges after he was found trespassing on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 29-year-old Cody Sarnacki had already been given a criminal trespass warning for a gas station and he was located on the property again. After a search of his belongings, he was reportedly found to have a glass pipe and a crystal substance that tested positive for meth.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and possession of meth.
