Friday afternoon, Governor Andy Beshear announced two new appointments for the Murray State University Board of Regents — in what is a key transitory time for the Racers as they enter into the first year of Missouri Valley Conference membership.
Emily Roark, of Paducah, is an attorney at Bryant Law Center, and she replaces Lisa Rudolph on an expired term. Roark shall serve until June 30, 2028.
David Meinschein, of LaCenter, is superintendent of the Livingston County Schools, and he replaces Eric Crigler on an expired term. Meinschein shall also serve until June 30, 2028.
